Dyeing Department

The Dyeing Department processes single fibre and blended fabrics having different weights and widths using open-width and rope dyeing machines, at atmospheric pressure and under pressure.

A wide range if dyes and auxiliaries, carefully selected  according to strict ecological and environmental criteria,  allows us  to make dyes that reach the colour fastness levels required by the market.

In particular:

• direct and reactive dyes for cotton, linen, viscose and cupro
• premetallized, acid, reactive dyes for silk, wool and mixed
• premetallized, acid dyes for nylon
• tinture con coloranti dispersi per acetati e poliestere

Once the dying stages are completed, the fabric is tested in the laboratory to ensure  compliance with all European and Extra-European regulations.
